Our Agreements:

• Signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Kingdom of
the Netherlands to participate in the LOROS & SER Conferences, including
cooperation in exchanging expertise and workforce, in addition to
implementing pilot projects valued at USD 9 million (2022).

• Accreditation of Terra Watt Jordan as an official agent in Jordan for the
Chinese company EcoFlow (2023).

• Signing a cooperation agreement between Terra Watt Jordan and the
Middle East University for scientific research and training (2024).

• Signing an exclusive agreement between Terra Watt Jordan and the
Jordanian Women’s Fund under the “Taqati” Program (2025–2024).

• Signing an agreement for studies and consultancy for geothermal energy
projects with the Belgian company Resolia (2025).

• Signing an agreement with the Ugandan Government to supply solar energy
systems with a capacity of 40 MW, in addition to road lighting and electric
vehicle charging stations (2025).

• Signing a supply agreement with the British solar panel agent UKsol with a
capacity of 40 MW (2026–2025).
